What should I expect in the first few weeks?
Your child joins a small group session and starts with a low-pressure first coding challenge that teaches the basic ideas while building confidence, with help live and inside each lesson between sessions. We place them by what they are ready for, not by grade—every child’s path looks a little different.
Can my child start if they have never coded before?
Yes. Foundation Track is the basics for any learner who needs them. We place them in a curriculum and schedule they are comfortable with, then adapt from there.
Do we need to buy hardware?
Foundation Track does not need a kit. Systems Track uses hardware—bring your own or buy from Tensorbotics. Kit spend is separate from the $179 monthly fee.
Will this eat up all of my child’s time?
Plan on 30 minutes in a group session plus about an hour of practice between sessions. Some learners spend more when a project pulls them in.
How do cancellations and refunds work?
We keep this simple and fair.
- Cancel a renewal before the next charge and you normally keep access through the month you already paid for.
- On a first paid enrollment, email us within 14 days of your receipt for a full refund if your child has not yet attended a live session.
- After that, monthly fees generally are not refunded once a period has started, because live session time is reserved. Promotions may say otherwise; follow what is shown at checkout.
